**MUST HAVE FLU AND COVID VACCINES**

Level 1 Trauma Center with high acuity patient population. Pediatric experience a plus, but not necessary. ACT model with 4:1 ratio. No transplants or hearts.
Schedule: 7am-3pm M-F or 7a-5pm 4days a week.
Length of contract: 8 months or longer
Population: NICU – elderly (Pediatric coverage is not an expectation unless comfortable)
Required Skills: Delivery and management of general, MAC, and regional anesthesia. Arterial line insertion is preferred.

Special Procedures: Out of OR locations to include GI, Cath lab, MRI and IR.
Technology Used: Glidescopes, Hemospheres, GE anesthesia machines, and Istats.

EMR: Epic
*virtual trainings are offered every Tuesday from 0830-1230

Required Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, and PALS *no exceptions

COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
Required – No Exemptions

Must be out of training, and has been practicing medicine for at least 2 years.

Must be Board Certified

Providers must be current with both COVID and Flu Vaccines.  Exemptions will be considered.

The EMR they use is EPIC.  If they have experience, they can test out.  If not, they will train on day 1 (orientation).
