| • No OB. We do a few gyn cases. No cardio / The majority of the work by the MDA is doing a short preop H & P and supervising CRNAs. Our current MDA does retrobulbar blocks on eye cases, but this is not necessary since our CRNAs know how to do these. |

| • How many CRNA’s supervised per physician ratio. Most days we have one MDA and 6-7 CRNAs. On the busy days, we have another MDA available through a local anesthesia practice. |

| 6 am to 6 pm and usually out by 3 on Friday |
