• Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Schedule = 18-25 patients per day, minimum is 18 patients per day
• Chart closure within 72 hours

Support Staff/Services:

• RN’s – 1
• MA’s – 2

Call Requirements: No Call

Charting/Dictation: EPIC

Will client pay for travel?  Yes. 

Can we license for this opportunity? No 
*Must have CA license and must have active DEA

IMLC Location: No

Credentialing Timeframes: 40 days with clean file

BC/BE/Certification Requirements: BC

Additional Certifications: BLS, PALS (AHA Certified)

Vaccine Requirements: Must be vaccinated

• The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Covid-19 Vaccine Series and 1 Booster
