Start Date/Length of Assignment: May/June 2023 thru end of the year *potential to extend

Inpatient/Outpatient: General GI, Inpatient/Endoscopy Lab  

Daily Census/Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per shift estimated

Shift Structure/Schedule:  General GI; M-F 7:30-3:30 for Endoscopy lab which is onsite at the hospital

Support Staff/Services: RN/MD/NP & PA

Call Requirements: Yes – TBD

Charting/Dictation: Epic

Will client pay for travel?  Yes.

Can we license for this opportunity? Prefer WI License, however, will consider IMLC candidate (must know timelines)

Credentialing Timeframes: 30-45 days with clean file and responsive on paperwork 

BC/BE/Certification Requirements: BC must have active DEA (need to be able to change address) 

Additional Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA Certified)

Required Skills & Procedures:

• General GI
• Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Upper GI Endoscopy
• Please list all procedures your provider is comfortable with
