Neonatologist Assignment

Neonatologist 2 week assignment – vacation coverage
Need two consecutive weeks. We will accept any dates between June 1 2023 -July 15 2023
Fulltime coverage to include the weekends

24/7 coverage while on assignment
NICU coverage – 0-8 hours coverage then will go on call
Weeknight call
Weekend call – rounding on patients 

Attend high risk deliveries, cover the NICU, occasionally consult on newborn in the nursery, accept high risk patient (admission) from other facilities, discharge patient to higher level facility (if necessary)  

Intubation, umbilical lines, resuscitation, PICC lines, Needle Aspiration of the Chest, CPOE

Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years 
ACLS, BLS Certified
NRP/NALS Certified

NICU level IIIb 
16 beds
ADC 7-8

Computer System – Cerner EMR

Medical Staff Credentialing takes approximately 2-3 weeks as long as all required documents are received from provider & locum firm.   
Name clear required / CV Cleared by CMO required / Phone interview will be coordinated with appropriate candidate
