JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Facility Type: Behavioral Health
• Specialty: Adult Psych Outpatient
• Length of Assignment: (ASAP – ongoing)
• Call Requirements: no call
• Required Skills & Procedures: medication management
• Vaccine Requirements: TBD
• # of FTE’s Needed: 2
• Start Date: asap
• Inpatient/Outpatient: Outpatient
• Daily Census/Patient Volume: depends on the schedule that they work but about 20 minutes of time allotted for each patient
• Shift Structure/Schedule: Flexible to providers desires 3 x 12s, 4 x 10s, 5 x 8s, -weekends week days etc. Will also accept part time. Common cases will be ADHA, borderline personality disorder, bi-polar. Most visits will be follow up visits and there is a nurse there at all times to intake the patient, check vitals etc.
• Support Staff/Services: Nurse in house at all times to intake patients before they see the physician

• Credentialing Timeframes:  30 days could be faster if clean file
• BC/BE/Certification Requirements: BC or BE
• Additional Certifications:  BLS
