JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Call Requirements:
  • Call will be rotated and TBD
• Charting/Dictation:
  • EPIC EMR
• Required Skills & Procedures:
  • Variable scheduling each day with hours between 7a-5p.
  • Medical direction practice.  MDAs have first call, CRNAs called in as needed.
  • Procedures:  MAC, General Anesthesia, Emergent and Elective, Intubations, IV placement, A-Line placement, Manage airway in codes.
  • Equipment:  Draeger Apollo Anesthesia Machines.  Omnicell Medication Dispensing.
• Vaccine Requirements:
  • All vaccines up to date and current
• Client Location:
  •  Wisconsin
• Reason for Need:
  • Need additional assistance
• # of FTE’s Needed:
  • 1 FTE
• Start Date:
  • As soon as credentialed – Needs will start ASAP
• Inpatient/Outpatient:
  • Inpatient / Hospital
• Daily Census/Patient Volume:
  • 5-12 patients per shift
• Shift Structure/Schedule:
  • Variable schedule available client looking at  – 7am-5pm daily
• Support Staff/Services:
  • All specialty support available and CRNA support
• Will client pay for travel?
  • Client prefers local and/or drive-in candidates however will consider full travel for provider that can commit 2+ weeks per month           
• Can we license for this opportunity?
  • YES – must provide licensure timelines and active/current LOQ
• IMLC Location:
  • Yes
• Credentialing Timeframes: 
  • 60 days however TEMPS can be issued for clean, licensed provider (no background)
• BC/BE/Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certified
• Additional Certifications:
  • DEA (need to be able to change address)
  • AHA – BLS; ACLS; ATLS
