  • “Bread & Butter” CRNA position; no OB or Cardiology
• Vaccine Requirements:  Yes, all vaccines are required.
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (60–90-day cred)
• Inpatient/Outpatient: Inpatient
• Daily Census/Patient Volume:
  • Avg number of patients per day: 80 per day at CFH
  • Patient population is mixed
• Shift Structure/Schedule:
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week, 7A – 5P
  • Schedule consists of four 10-hour days, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7a-5p.
  • OT for PATIENT CARE after scheduled shift 
• Support Staff/Services: 60 CRNAs in department
• Will client pay for travel?
  • TRAVEL: If candidates are within driving distance, round trip mileage and lodging will be approved, regardless of the means the locum chooses to travel.

  • LICENSE RESTRICTION: We are only considering candidates that are ALREADY ACTIVELY licensed in Illinois.

• Credentialing Timeframes: 
• 60-90 days for full privileges. Once file is 100% complete, must go to committee meetings.
• Provider must agree to the following requirements:
• Complete locum forms (IMPACT, Pharmacy and Medical History Forms), provide a professional headshot, and complete online training modules (Carle-LMS), which takes approximately 2 hours (locum must complete within two weeks of orientation).
  • Pre-employment drug screening, executive physical, and immunization review on orientation day.
• BC/BE/Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certified
• Additional Certifications:
  • NBCRNA
  • ACLS (must be AHA)
  • BLS (must be AHA)
