  • Looking for full time and ongoing coverage starting ASAP including 1:3-4 call
• Charting/Dictation:
  • Cerner
• Required Skills & Procedures:
  • Department sees most Hematology/Oncology patients (Community based center), and bone marrow biopsies can be completed right in the Cancer Center.
  • The providers will consult both ambulatory and hospital patients. The Cancer Center has 18 Chemo infusion chairs as well as 2 non-chemo infusion chairs.
• Vaccine Requirements:  Current vaccines required
• Start Date:  60-day cred if clean file
• Inpatient/Outpatient: Both
• Daily Census/Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
• Shift Structure/Schedule:
  • M-F, 8-5
  • Outreach to neighboring clinics is required
• Support Staff:
  • RN, PA/NP, MA, Office Staff
  • We have 2 MDs and 3 NPs (2 NPs are in their 1st year of practice) 
• Credentialing Timeframes: 
  • 60 day cred with clean file
  • Temps
  • Provider must utilize “real time” Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS
• BC/BE/Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certified
  • Board Eligible
• Additional Certifications:
  • DEA – must be able to change address
  • ACLS, ATLS, BLS: Must be AHA and current
