• Vaccine Requirements:  Current vaccines required
• Start Date: 60–90-day cred time
• Inpatient/Outpatient: Outpatient
• Daily Census/Patient Volume:
  • Volume expectation 60 RVU's per shift
  • 8 RVU's per hr – productivity required per shift
• Shift Structure/Schedule:
  • M-F 8a-5p, no call
  • Need is thru the end of the year.
• Will client pay for travel?
  • Yes, with travel caps in place
