  • They are in search of a locum with flexibility who can cover 10+ shifts per month
  • Shift times: 
  • 7p-7a
  • 6a-2p
  • 1p-9p
  • APC shifts (physician could cover these)
  • 9a-9p
  • 11a-11p
  • The department wants to utilize the locums to cover the 11a-11p shift and there are openings  There will be ongoing needs.
• Support Staff/Services:
  • The following support services have 24-hours availability at the facility
    • Anesthesia
    • General Surgery
    • Laboratory
    • OR Response Time
    • Radiology
    • Newborn deliveries are received in ED
    • There is an L&D department
    • Hospitalist do admissions
• Can we license for this opportunity?
  •  No must have license in MI or IMLC
• IMLC Location:
  • Need to submit with LOQ and quote for timeline
• Credentialing Timeframes: 
  • 60 days

• BC/BE/Certification Requirements:
  • ABEM ONLY
  • Board Certified/Truly BE
• Additional Certifications:
  • DEA (need to be able to change address)
  • If ABEM provider, they will not need to have AHA certs
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • ATLS
  • PALS
