  • 11/4/24 – 11/7/24; 0700 – 1700 (10-hour shifts each day)
  • 11/8/24 at 0700 – 11/9/24 at 0700 (24-hours)
  • 12/6/24 at 0700 – 12/9/24 at 0700 (24-hours all three days)
  • 12/16/24 – 12/19/24; 0700 – 1700 (10-hour shifts each day)
  • 12/20/24 at 0700 – 12/21/24 at 0700 (24-hours)
  • 12/27/24 at 0700 – 12/30/24 at 0700 (24-hours all three days)
  • 1/3/25 at 0700 – 1/6/2025 at 0700 (24-hours all three days)
• Support Staff:
  • PA/NP – 1
  • Office, Staff – 6
  • The locum will be supported by an APP – Surgical Hospitalist
  • Surgery department staffs an add-on room, and there are two crews scheduled on the weekend.
• Credentialing Timeframes:  45-60 days
• BC/BE/Certification Requirements: Board Certified
• Additional Certifications:
  • DEA – must be able to change address
  • ATLS – Must be AHA and current
