CRNA must be comfortable with a mix of everything from healthy pediatric cases over one year of age and providing anesthesia for adults of all types of general, urology, dental, ENT, OBGYN, Heavy orthopedic surgeries. If they can do or are willing to do obstetrics/OB and strong regional nerve blocks it a huge plus, also needs to be comfortable working without MDA coverage.
