Clinical Responsibilities

Inpatient psychiatry coverage across multiple levels of care:

Acute psychiatric unit

Long-term psychiatric unit

Sub-acute / residential psychiatry
Patient rounding, admissions, and new evaluations
New patient evaluations and follow-ups (approximately 1:4 ratio)
Diagnosis and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including:
Anxiety, affective, personality, eating, developmental, and psychotic disorders
ADD/ADHD and organic psychiatric disorders
Experience with involuntary commitments, seclusion, and restraint protocols
