| 26,000 cases/year (excluding OB), Endo makes up 10k of that volume |
| Call: CRNAs take pager call from home (30-minute call back radius) |
| MDs are first call (also pager from home though) |
| No post call day for CRNAs |
| Weeknight call: 9p-7a |
| MD is First Call and will call in CRNA to take main OR case if there is an OB case coming in. MD will take OB |
| Weeknight call is 1:17-18 |
