Job Description
- Specialty: CRNA
- Dates: September 1st for 6 months
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- Call Ratio: 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.
- EMR: EPIC
- Required Skills & Procedures:
- Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line not required but preferred.
- Types of cases: Ortho, General, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Pediatrics, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional Endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.
- Licenses and Certifications: Oregon CRNA license, Board Certification, DEA preferred
