Schedule & Flexibility

• Core Shifts: Monday–Thursday, 8a–5p

• Weekend Coverage: 1 weekend every 4 weeks

• Call Schedule:

  • Call rotation every 4th week

  • During call weeks, provider works 7 days

  • Currently no inpatient consults or rounding

  • Call limited to critical lab issues and occasional symptomatic patient calls

• This structure offers a predictable rhythm and opportunities for a more balanced schedule compared to many oncology roles.

Clinical Environment

• Setting: Outpatient-focused hematology and oncology care

• EMR: EPIC

• Required Experience: Proven background in outpatient hematology/oncology management
