Required Experience & Clinical Skills
- Prior Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience is required
- Management of post?operative cardiac patients, including neonatal cardiac surgery cases
- Care for VAD patients and potential heart transplant patients
- Ventilator management proficiency
- Ability to perform comprehensive history and physical exams
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies
- Developing and managing patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely EMR documentation
