Coverage Needed:

• Preferred schedule: 2 consecutive weeks per month
• Ongoing assignment
• Start Date: September 21, 2026

Current Coverage Dates:

• September 21, 2026 – October 5, 2026
• October 19, 2026 – November 2, 2026
• November 16, 2026 – November 30, 2026
• December 14, 2026 – December 28, 2026

Practice Setting

• Hospital-Based Oncology Practice
• Wisconsin
• Established Hematology and Oncology program
• Outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consult support as needed

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide Hematology and Oncology patient care
• Manage outpatient oncology patients
• Perform inpatient consultations as required
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Average patient volume: 10-15 patients per day
• Must qualify for hospital privileges

Call Requirements

• Beeper call coverage
• 1:2 call rotation
• Occasional night and weekend call
• Approximately 0-5 phone consults
• 15-minute response time

EMR Systems

• Athena
• Cerner
• ONCO EMR

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
• Active license or ability to obtain Wisconsin licensure
• Comfortable with outpatient oncology management
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
