Submission of Resumes, Profiles, and User Content

By submitting a resume, CV, profile information, job application, or any other content (“User Content”), you grant ARR:

• A non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, use, and share your User Content for recruiting‑related services.
• Permission to make your User Content available to recruiters, clients, affiliates, or service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Permission to supplement your profile with publicly available information.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content:

• Is accurate, lawful, and kept up to date.
• Does not include information you do not wish to be made public if you choose to display it.

ARR is not responsible for how third‑party recruiters or employers use information once they have received or downloaded it.

Third‑Party Access and Links

The Sites may contain links to third‑party websites, tools, or services. You acknowledge that:

• Third parties may maintain their own privacy policies and terms.
• ARR does not control or endorse third‑party content, policies, or actions.
• Recruiters or employers who receive your information may retain it even if you later request deletion from ARR.

Use of third‑party sites is at your own risk.

Account Management, Updates, and Deletion

Users may request updates or deletion of account information or Profiles as permitted by applicable law. However:

• ARR cannot remove information already obtained by third‑party recruiters or employers.
• Publicly available information collected from external sources may reappear if republished by third parties.
• Deletion requests must be submitted using the email address associated with the Profile.
• Processing may take up to 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites—including text, graphics, software, databases, trademarks, and design elements—is the property of ARR or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.
• Reverse‑engineer or modify the Sites.
• Use ARR trademarks without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ARR does not guarantee that:

• The Sites will operate without interruption or error.
• Information on the Sites is complete, accurate, or free from inaccuracies.
• Data transmission or storage will always be secure.

Use of the Sites is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARR shall not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify and hold ARR, its employees, affiliates, and service providers harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Sites
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with third‑party recruiters, advertisers, or websites

Changes to the Sites or Terms

ARR may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sites or any part of them at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ARR operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Alliance Recruiting Resources, LLC (“ARR,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
